My mom was taking this bus and had to physically drop a permit at the border and the bus driver said he would take it and my mom replied it has to be her. He threatened to leave her at the border if she got off and my tried to let him take the permit but then he said he's not doing it anymore. Through all the comotion of that bus driver now my mom has to take that permit to Mexico City immediately. This will eventually come back to bite her ass when she asks for a visa. And he now has one of her bags with the items from my little brothers funeral on the bus. This was the first time we took a bus from this company and the last.
