  The representatives were very very rude. I was never notified of the debt until I reviewed my credit report. I called to try and work something out with them and the representatives were rude. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the two reps refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. Never seen a collections company that refused to take my money to settle my account. I had to contact the company I was in debt to and they resolved my debt lightning fast and also did a settlement to help me out. Pro-Collect should definitely be put to pasture. If any company values their debts and want to have someone actually try to collect on them they should not hire Pro-Collect. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have a debt that is being collected by this company just contact the debtor directly and let them know of the rude poor customer service.

  The absolute worst people I have ever spoke with in my entire life!! EXTREMELY RUDE! The account was reported wrong for 6-7 years now. I explained that and they kept saying well you can dispute it all you want. Its not coming off you owe us the money now. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I am not being dramatic I'm being completely honest. They have been trained to treat everyone like scum. Just a horrible company!!!!
